Invoice Receipt
Invoice for 2026 dues will be sent to all homeowners in November 2025. The invoice will come from Texas Star Community Management.
Payment Period
2026 dues are due February 1, 2026.
Late Payment Fees
Unpaid 2026 invoices will incur a $15.00 Late Fee each month beginning March 1, 2026 and continuing thru June 30, 2026.
Interest Charges
Interest at a rate of 18% compounded annually will be charged on all outstanding dues and fees beginning on July 1, 2026.
Property Lien
A lien will be filed on all Properties with Outstanding Dues on July 1, 2026.
A Lien Filing Fee of $500.00 will be assessed at that time. Interest charges will continue until debt is cleared.
