Invoice Receipt
Invoice for 2024 dues will be sent to all homeowners during December 2023.
Payment Period
2024 dues are due January 1, 2024.
Late Payment Fees
Unpaid 2024 invoices will incur a $15.00 Late Fee each month beginning February 1, 2024 and continuing thru June 30, 2024.
Interest Charges
Interest at a rate of 18% compounded annually will be charged on all outstanding dues and fees beginning on July 1, 2024.
Property Lien
A lien will be filed on all Properties with Outstanding Dues on July 1, 2024.
A Lien Filing Fee of $500.00 will be assessed at that time. Interest charges will continue until debt is cleared.
